Anna Alexiou earned her B.S./M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in Athens, Greece. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Bioengineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on computational modeling of peptide-protein interactions, particularly peptide-MHC complexes, using structural bioinformatics, machine learning, and graph-based methods.
